A campaign is won by how many students take part, not by how much a product costs. Everything we do is built to raise participation honestly.
Students should grow, not just sell.
Coaching is about purpose, clarity, and courage. Students learn to explain something they care about to people who already know them.
Directors should not be logistics managers.
We take the tracking, communication, reporting, and fulfilment coordination so the program keeps its rehearsal and practice time.

Lennon Natter
Founder & Owner, Raise2Shine Fundraising LLC
For Lennon Natter, selling isn't just a career, it's been a lifelong passion.
His entrepreneurial journey began at just 9 years old, when he discovered the excitement of working toward a goal through school fundraisers. Year after year, Lennon became one of the top-selling participants, learning firsthand what it took to motivate others, build relationships, and achieve success.
Today, Lennon brings more than 35 years of sales experience to Raise2Shine. His career spans professional sales, business leadership, and coaching organizations to maximize their fundraising potential, always built on honesty, enthusiasm, and helping others succeed.
A defining chapter began when he met Joe DeHaan, founder of DeHaan Enterprises. As one of Joe's sales representatives, Lennon learned directly from one of the fundraising industry's most respected leaders. Joe taught him that successful fundraising is about far more than selling products, it's about inspiring students, building confidence, and creating excitement.
When Joe retired in 2026, Lennon founded Raise2Shine LLC with a simple mission: to help schools, sports teams, clubs, and community organizations raise more money while teaching young people valuable life skills like confidence, communication, responsibility, and goal setting.
