Agreement

By using the Raise2Shine platform or engaging Raise2Shine to run a campaign for a school program, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the school or organization you represent.

Who can use it

Campaigns are designed for K-12 and post-secondary programs in the United States. Director engagement requires authorization from the school or governing booster organization. Student participation requires school approval and, where the school requires it, parent/guardian consent.

Donations and product orders

Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or where a product order cannot be fulfilled. Raise2Shine processes payments through PCI-compliant providers and remits campaign proceeds to the school or designated booster account per the campaign agreement.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the platform to impersonate a student, director, or school.
  • Don't upload content you don't have rights to use.
  • Don't use the platform for fundraising unrelated to an approved campaign.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is.” Raise2Shine makes no warranty that campaign outcomes will reach any particular dollar amount. Past results referenced on this site are composite examples unless explicitly labeled otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raise2Shine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign use. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees Raise2Shine received for the specific campaign at issue.
